Client Reporting That Writes Itself.
Automatically turn the work your team already shares into polished, branded, client-ready PDF reports in minutes.
As a team grows, informal updates, recap emails and ad hoc meetings stop keeping clients informed. Work updates arrive from Slack, from voice notes recorded in seconds, and from your own systems. BeSync’d groups the updates by project, writes them up as a narrative, applies your branding and has the result ready to send on your cycle.
Reports Your Clients Will Actually Read
BeSync’d reports aren’t raw data dumps or walls of text. Each report is structured, branded, and built for client-facing communication, even at the executive level.
- Updates grouped by project, contributor, or outcome
- Clear narrative flow and logical sectioning
- Language that balances detail with clarity
- Custom branding with your logo
- Ready to download as PDF or email directly
Each report feels like a thoughtful deliverable, not just a record of what happened.

Nobody writes the report. Updates land as they happen: spoken, posted in a channel, or pushed by a system. The finished document is assembled from exactly those updates.

It’s Not Just Faster. It’s Smarter.
BeSync’d turns updates from Slack and your own systems into professional client reports, sent on schedule, on brand, and without the 5pm Friday scramble.
Updates Arrive as They Happen
From Slack and team chat, from voice notes recorded in seconds, and from your own systems through the Sync API. Nobody files anything twice.
Organized by What They Belong To
Updates that describe the same piece of work are gathered together before anything is written. Each group then passes to the next stage as one set rather than as separate entries.
Written into Report Sections
Sections show what matters most, so clients quickly see what they need. Each section leads into the next with a predictable, informative structure.
Out on Your Cycle
Each cycle’s report is finished when the period closes, whether weekly or monthly. The document reaches the client only once someone has pressed send.
Report Structure That Conveys What Matters
Every report uses clear section headings that organize the work and show what matters most, so a client learns where to look once and your reviewer knows exactly what to check.

Where the Updates Come From
Zero guesswork. All material that reaches reports already has full context and known properties such as the customer, the project and the department.
Voice Updates
Speaking is fast enough that people actually do it and can provide detail easily, which is what keeps a report detailed rather than thin.
How Voice Updates WorkIntegrated Sources
Everyday conversation carries decisions, blockers and ownership changes nobody would file a report about. Work-only processing keeps non-work content out.
Your Own Systems
Ticketing, deployments, billing: anything that already knows something a client would want to hear, sent in through the Sync API.

Can I review a report before it goes out?
Yes. A report is generated for you to read and edit, and you decide when it is released. Nothing reaches a client until someone sends it.
How does branding work?
Your logo and brand styling are applied to every report automatically, so each one looks like it came from your company rather than from a tool. Each report also looks the same as the last one, whoever produced it.
Do clients need an account to read a report?
No. A report goes out as an email to the contacts held against that client, or as a PDF you download and send yourself. There is nothing for a client to sign into, no portal to learn, and no password to reset before they can read what you’ve sent them.
How often is a report produced?
Reports are generated per period (weekly or monthly) and can also be produced on demand when someone asks for one out of cycle. You review each one and choose when it goes out.
Can leadership get internal reports from the same updates?
Yes. The same stream of updates also produces internal reporting, written for a different audience and at a deeper level of detail, so a client report and a board update never need the work written up twice. See automated internal reporting
Your team has already done the hard part, so reporting only has to show it, with respect for everyone’s time: the client’s, the team’s, and yours.
Connect your channels, let the updates run, and let each cycle’s report be written and branded before anyone asks for it, ready to go out the moment you say so. Every cycle hands your team back the hours that used to go into writing the report, and gives the client reason to trust what the report says.
