Can I review or change an update after recording it?
Yes. Saving uploads the recording, and the finished update appears in BeSync’d shortly after. The author, an owner, or anyone whose role manages the author’s role can edit the text afterwards.
Is the original wording kept?
Yes. The original transcript is stored beside the polished text, so a rewrite never loses what was said.
Which languages can I speak in?
Speak in the language you work in, and BeSync’d detects it automatically. Every update is written in English, so leadership reads one language across the whole team.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Recording works in any browser, on a phone or a computer, from the reminder link or from inside BeSync’d.
How long can a recording be?
One minute by default. Admins can allow a longer recording for a prompt, up to a maximum set for the organization.
What happens to the audio?
Audio is used to write the update and is not retained afterwards. The update keeps the transcript and the polished text.
Who can see my updates?
People whose role and department your administrators allow to see your updates, and owners, who can see every update. Briefings, reports and alerts built from updates are granted to each role.
How long does the reminder link work?
For an hour after the reminder is sent. The link opens the prompts currently open for your role and nothing else in BeSync’d.
A minute of speech becomes an update the whole team can use.
